UPM-20UL | ISL Petrolatum Ultralite Mastic 20L ISL UltraLite Petrolatum Mastic is a neutral petrolatum compound stabilized with inert fillers complemented with corrosion inhibitors and reinforced with closed cell polymer beads USES ISL UltraLite Petrolatum Mastic is used for sealing filling and profiling applications where a protective waterproof and non-setting mastic is required. It can be used to contour pipes and profile irregular surfaces prior to the application of ISL Petrolatum Tapes. Application: • Prepare surface to St 2 std. • Apply ISL Petrolatum Primer to substrate at a spread rate of 5kg/m² approx. • Profile projections and voids with ISL Petrolatum Mastic. • Spirally apply tape incorporating 55% overlap to achieve a double thickness with circumferential turn. • Overwrap tape with UCC PVC OverWrap spirally applied with 55% overlap.
